Due to the personalized and handmade nature of many items sold by Stitched Expressions, custom and personalized orders are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

If there is an issue with your order due to damage, defects, or an error by Stitched Expressions, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within 5 days of delivery if unused and in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping delays caused by carriers are not eligible for refunds once the package has been shipped.
