Put your business logo on a classic polo your team will be glad to wear. This is the Port Authority Silk Touch Polo, style K500 for men and L500 for women, with a full-color DTF print of your logo on the left chest included in the price. Made in-house in Bonney Lake, WA. Photos show a real customer's logo, used with their permission.

Why it works for printed logos. Silk Touch is a 5-ounce, 65/35 poly/cotton pique with a soft feel that resists wrinkles and shrinking. The cotton blend takes a DTF print cleanly at a lower heat, so your logo comes out crisp and bright.

How it works

Pick men's or women's fit, then your color and size.
After you order, email us your logo by replying to your order confirmation.
Send a print-ready, high-resolution file: a PNG with a transparent background (300 dpi at the size you want) or a vector file (PDF, SVG or AI).
Your logo is printed exactly as you send it, and we don't fix or redraw art for DTF.

No setup fee. The left chest full-color DTF print of your logo is included in the price, and there is no setup fee.

Sizes. Men's and women's both come in XS to 6XL. 2XL and up cost a little more, and the price updates when you pick your size. A few color and size combinations are temporarily unavailable from our supplier and show as out of stock.

Turnaround. Most orders ship or are ready for porch pickup within 2 to 3 weeks after we receive your print-ready logo.

Heads up: I'm away October 10 to 17. You can still order and send quote requests that week. I'll reply and start on orders when I'm back October 18, so orders placed from October 3 to 17 may take about one extra week.

DTF printing: print-ready, high-resolution files only. Your design is printed exactly as you send it. Send a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background (300 dpi at the size you want) or a vector file (PDF, SVG or AI). Double check spelling, colors and that there's no white box or background around your design. We don't fix or redraw art for DTF, so blurry, low-quality or misspelled files print just as they're sent.
Embroidery setup fee (embroidered items only). DTF printed items have no setup fee. For embroidered items, you choose the setup fee at checkout: pick New logo for a logo we haven't stitched before, or Reorder for the same logo at the same size, which doesn't pay setup again. New logo setup is based on the stitched size: under 3 inches $40, 3 to 5 inches $50, over 5 inches $110. A new size needs a new setup. If your logo needs a different setup size than you picked, we'll email you before anything is stitched. We'll send you a proof first, and nothing is stitched until you approve it.
Not every logo can be embroidered. Very fine lines, small text and tiny details can fill in or get lost in the stitches. If your logo won't stitch cleanly, we'll let you know and suggest DTF printing instead.
Names and text. We stitch or print exactly what you type, so please double check your spelling.
Turnaround. Most orders ship or are ready for porch pickup in Bonney Lake within 2 to 3 weeks after you approve your proof (for printed items, after we receive your print-ready logo). Detailed designs or a delay from our supplier can add time. If that happens, we'll let you know right away.

Please check your size before ordering. Every item is custom made just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing. Compare these measurements to a piece that fits well, and send us a message if you are between sizes.

Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
Turn inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
Do not iron directly on the print or embroidery. If needed, iron inside out on low heat.
Do not dry clean.
Garment-dyed shirts (like Comfort Colors) should be washed with similar colors the first few times.
All sales are final. Every item from Stitched Expressions is custom made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges, including for sizing. Please check the size chart and your personalization details carefully before ordering.
If we made a mistake, or your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with photos of the item and packaging and we'll make it right.
