How to order. Pick your item, color and size. Reply to your order confirmation email with your logo attached, or email info@stitched-expressions.com with your order number. Questions? Text only: (206) 502-6921.
DTF printing: print-ready, high-resolution files only. Your design is printed exactly as you send it. Send a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background (300 dpi at the size you want) or a vector file (PDF, SVG or AI). Double check spelling, colors and that there's no white box or background around your design. We don't fix or redraw art for DTF, so blurry, low-quality or misspelled files print just as they're sent.
Embroidery setup fee (embroidered items only). DTF printed items have no setup fee. For embroidered items, you choose the setup fee at checkout: pick New logo for a logo we haven't stitched before, or Reorder for the same logo at the same size, which doesn't pay setup again. New logo setup is based on the stitched size: under 3 inches $40, 3 to 5 inches $50, over 5 inches $110. A new size needs a new setup. If your logo needs a different setup size than you picked, we'll email you before anything is stitched. We'll send you a proof first, and nothing is stitched until you approve it.
Not every logo can be embroidered. Very fine lines, small text and tiny details can fill in or get lost in the stitches. If your logo won't stitch cleanly, we'll let you know and suggest DTF printing instead.
Names and text. We stitch or print exactly what you type, so please double check your spelling.
Turnaround. Most orders ship or are ready for porch pickup in Bonney Lake within 2 to 3 weeks after you approve your proof (for printed items, after we receive your print-ready logo). Detailed designs or a delay from our supplier can add time. If that happens, we'll let you know right away.
